Make an appointment 30 min. before your service with Luthier Bob!

If your instrument needs a minor service, it is now possible to schedule an appointment with our luthier Bob. Choose what needs to be done, add it to your shopping cart and then choose a time slot. You will then automatically receive a confirmation of your appointment. Maximum 1 instrument per appointment, unless otherwise agreed by telephone.

You can schedule an appointment for the following services:

• Replacing strings
• Mounting the strap button
• Test oils
• Service (included with purchase of instrument within 3 months)
• Troubleshooting minor electronics issues (Replacing output jack)
• Services; see the following link for what happens per Set Up: LINK
• Servicing your instrument, Professional Set Up, is not possible by appointment, for this you must leave the instrument behind.

Costs for service and materials will be settled in the store.
