The Suhr Standard Legacy Trans Caramel is a tribute to the guitar that started it all for Suhr. The Trans Caramel finish over the Maple top on the African Okoume body has a warm, amber glow that looks different in every light. African Okoume is a light, resonant wood with a character somewhere between Mahogany and Alder: warm and full, but with enough clarity to give the EMG pickups plenty of room to shine.

The Maple neck with Indian Rosewood fretboard and Even C Slim profile (.800-.880) plays fast and comfortably, with a 10-14 compound radius. Two EMG SA single coils and an EMG 85 humbucker via volume and tone. The Gotoh 510 tremolo provides a modern, stable foundation for the guitar. Suhr locking tuners, 25.5 scale, includes hardshell case.

The combination of EMG SA and EMG 85 is a classic configuration for players who want an active, noise-free signal with a wide dynamic range.
