The Suhr Classic S in Surf Green is a guitar that immediately makes an impression. Not only because of the beautiful nitrocellulose lacquer that gives the color depth and character, but also because of how it plays and sounds. This is an instrument for the player who knows what they want: a Stratocaster platform at the highest level, built with an eye for every detail.

The sound of the Classic S is clear, dynamic, and expressive. The two V60LP single coils in the neck and middle positions deliver that classic, glassy Strat tone with rich undertones, while the SSV humbucker in the bridge adds warmth and body for crunch and lead playing. Thanks to Suhr's SSCII system, the single coils remain hum-free without sacrificing tone. The compound radius from 9" to 12" makes the guitar equally comfortable for chords and fast solos.

The body is crafted from Alder, a wood known for its balanced frequency response. The Maple neck with an Indian Rosewood fretboard has a 60's C vintage profile (.810"-.930") and features 22 medium stainless steel frets that are durable and play smoothly. The Gotoh 510 bridge with a steel block ensures excellent sustain and tuning stability, complemented by Suhr Locking tuners. The guitar weighs 3.63 kg and comes with a gig bag.
