The Bourgeois Touchstone OM Country Boy is a collaboration between Bourgeois and Eastman. Dana Bourgeois personally selects and prepares the tops and bracing, approves them, and then sends them to Eastman for finishing. The result is an Orchestra Model guitar that sounds and plays like a guitar costing many times its price.
The solid Alaskan spruce top with Adirondack scalloped X-bracing provides an immediate, dynamic response with an openness rarely expected from a new guitar. The solid mahogany back and sides add warmth and a rich midrange, while the lows remain balanced and focused. The OM size offers the perfect balance between intimacy and projection: ideal for fingerstyle and singer-songwriters.
The mahogany neck with a V-profile, ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, Schaller Grand Tune nickel tuners, and an ebony bridge with ivoroid pins complete an instrument that is perfect in every detail. 20 frets on a 24.9-inch scale. No pickup. Comes with a hardshell case.
