Cornerstone Colosseum Black LTD

The Cornerstone Colosseum Black LTD brings two overdrive characters together

Two classic overdrive inspirations in one pedal, but with enough original ideas to be more than just a throwback. The Cornerstone Colosseum Black LTD combines an open, dynamic Blues Breaker-style side with a richer Klon-style drive. Use the sides separately for a focused core tone or stack them to push your amp further. This gives your picking room to breathe when you want to stay subtle, while also keeping plenty of saturation within reach for a distinct solo sound.

The BB side uses no clipping diodes and is focused on clarity and output volume. The Clean knob lets you blend in your direct signal, ensuring your guitar's attack remains recognizable when you turn up the drive. The Klon-inspired side adds harmonic richness and gives you an extra way to shape the response with the clipping control. By combining the two sides, you can switch between transparent crunch, a fuller drive, and a sturdier boost for passages that need to stand out.

Each side has its own controls for tone, gain, and volume; the BB side also features a Clean Blend, and the Klon side includes a clipping control. With the order switch, you can change the order of the two circuits. The separate inputs and outputs allow for integration with a looper or more extensive switching system. According to existing product information, the pedal measures 119 × 94 × 42 mm. For those who enjoy putting their own spin on two familiar overdrive sounds, this Colosseum is a great place to start.
