The Archer adds an amp-like feel to any setup. Whether you play over a clean Fender Deluxe Reverb, a Sparkling Vox AC30 or a screeching Marshall Plexi: The Archer thickens everything in the tastiest frequencies, giving your sound a velvety edge. In addition, the circuit is incredibly dynamic: the Archer listens like no other to your playing and to your volume knob.
The Archer can lift an overdriving amp over the edge, but it can also serve as a standalone overdrive. You have more than enough gain on board. The magic happens in the sweet spot where the Archer and your amplifier work together optimally. This really is one of those overdrives that always work!
